Meet our Ministry Staff

Brother Lee and his wife Cindy have been in service at WLBC since the fall of 2009. He attended UT Tyler and got his BA from East Texas Baptist College in Marshall, TX.  Bro. Lee received his Masters and Doctorate from Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary, while the pastor of churches in East and Central Texas.  He has been Shepherding Texas churches since 1983.  Brother Lee and Cindy have 3 grown children, Stephen, (Stephen their son went to be with the Lord in November of 2019) Rachel & (Husband David) and Tricia & (Husband Micah). 

    Keith  joined the WLBC family in March of 2005 as the pastor of worship and  education and is a graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield  Missouri.  Keith and his wife Denise have four children,  Skylar,  Bailey, Macey and Jacob.  Keith  gives leadership to and oversees two choirs, the praise team and the  praise band. He directs the Sunday School programs. He also dedicates  time and expertise to the media ministry which includes, the audio and  video teams and our computer network. His passion is to lead others into  a deep and meaningful time of worship

   Daniel & Annie Garcia

Daniel started service at WLBC in Feb. 2022.

Daniel is a graduate of Arlington Baptist University in Arlington, Texas. He and his wife Annie enjoy traveling to see the beautiful world God has made and meeting people from other cultures and backgrounds. Daniel leads youth Bible studies on Wednesday nights  and Sunday mornings, he also serves on the praise team. His passion is to disciple the next generation of church leaders, empowering them to chase after Christ as they develop close, personal walks with the Lord.
